If Guest cancels:
90 days or more before arrival: The reservation deposit and any additional amounts paid are refunded.
31–89 days before arrival: The reservation deposit is forfeited; any additional amounts paid are refunded.
30 days or fewer before arrival or after check‑in: All amounts paid, including the deposit and full balance, are non‑refundable.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, evictions or termination for cause, weather conditions or forecasts, transportation failures, or personal emergencies.
