Spend a week in paradise at our stunning gulf-front vacation rental in the adorable coastal town of Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Directly located on the white-sand shores with the stunning blue Gulf of America waters and with views of the sparkling heated community pool, our 2-bed, 2-bath 2nd floor townhouse promises total relaxation and plenty of Florida sunshine. Week, month or seasonal rentals are available.
After your morning coffee on the balcony, stroll to nearby shops, do some fishing on our community's private dock, relax on the beach, or ride the trolley and enjoy all of the local attractions!
The townhome-style layout includes a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (with full sized appliances & extras such as an air fryer and electric skillet), a coffee bar (with a latte/expresso machine) and a full bathroom on the entry level. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and another full bathroom (including a bath tub). Our unit is conveniently located two doors away from the elevator for easy access to the pool and parking.
The complex includes 34 units across four stories, with on-site managers and the following amenities: heated outdoor pool, two poolside gas bbq grills, outdoor seating and community fishing dock. No need to walk blocks to the Trolley Stop. The local Trolley has a stop right in front of our complex! One assigned parking spot will be reserved for you. Additional Visitor parking is available on a first come basis.
Inside, you’ll enjoy Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a full size Arcade machine with over 60 throw back games for everyone to enjoy! Thoughtful extras like a beach cart (great for the beach but also for unloading your car!), small cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and fishing poles are provided. We conveniently also provide a high chair & pack 'n play. Just bring your sunscreen and sandals and relax because you're officially on beach time!
The master bedroom, which has beach views, features a king-size bed, work station/makeup desk and plenty of storage. The second bedroom, which has intercoastal views, offers two queen beds and plenty of storage. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Our condo is just a short drive to many local attractions, including the lively towns of Clearwater Beach and Downtown St. Petersburg. Fly into either the nearby Clearwater/St. Pete airport or Tampa International Airport. Enjoy the local museums, music venues, sporting events or just spend your days relaxing poolside or on the soft, white sand beaches!
